January 11, 2008, ST. LOUIS - Sally Roth has been elected a member of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation board of directors. Roth is a currently president and CEO of Regions Bank''s Greater St. Louis market.
Roth has been in the banking industry for 26 years, holding a variety of executive positions including vice president-relationship manager at Mercantile Bank (now U.S. Bank), president and CEO of Mercantile Bank of West County and senior vice president of Bank of America''s private client group. She joined Regions Bank in 2002, managing its corporate banking and wealth management divisions until her promotion to president of the St. Louis office in 2007.
A native of St. Louis, Roth holds a bachelor''s degree from Maryville University. She received a masters of business administration degree from Washington University-Olin School of Business and is president-elect of Olin''s Alumni Association. Roth holds an Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation and has received national recognition in Worth Magazine''s prestigious "250 Top Advisers" list.
