Lynne Seacord, MD, a well-known St. Louis area cardiologist, has joined Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the Washington University Heart Care Institute team at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. Dr. Seacord''s clinical interests include general cardiology, women and heart disease, and diagnostic procedures. She is primarily seeing patients at the Heart Care Institute West County location.
"To provide the best care possible, the thing most important to me is to actively listen to my patients," said Dr. Seacord. A longtime resident of the St. Louis area, Dr. Seacord earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1983, subsequently completing her residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in 1986. She completed a fellowship at Washington University Cardiovascular Division in 1989.
Dr. Seacord is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine, and has been listed in Best Doctors in America for three consecutive years.
