Staenberg Named Foundation Board Member

February 5, 2004, ST. LOUIS -- Michael H. Staenberg, president of THF Realty, has been appointed a member of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation board of directors.

Staenberg formed THF Realty with E. Stan Kroenke in 1991. The company specializes in the acquisition, development and management of well-located centers with strong sustaining and growth potential. THF Realty focuses on retail power centers (primarily retail shopping centers). THF''s portfolio includes ownership and operation of $1.5 billion, 18 million square-feet of property.

Staenberg has been active in leasing, developing and managing real estate for more than 27 years and has developed more than 100 shopping centers throughout the country. Prior to THF Realty, he served as senior vice president and director of real estate for the Leo Eisenberg Company, a national real estate development organization.

In addition to his impressive business career, Staenberg is an active community leader in St. Louis and all THF Realty communities. He serves on the board of several area organizations, including the Judy Ride Foundation, Contemporary Art Museum of St. Louis, St. Louis Zoo Foundation, Center of Contemporary Arts and the Variety Club.
