Mark Krieger is vice president, finance projects of Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He joined the hospital in 2004 as vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to joining Barnes-Jewish, Krieger spent 22 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry. He served two years as vice president and chief financial officer of Sara Lee Bakery Group and five years at its predecessor corporation, The Earthgrains Company, a publicly traded company, as the chief financial officer. Krieger also spent fifteen years in various corporate planning and finance leadership roles for Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., in St. Louis and Dallas, focusing on acquisitions and business integration.
Krieger has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s in business administration-finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He serves as the treasurer for The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and is also a member of the board of Nine PBS, the St. Louis public television network.
