Global exposure
We have all the latest technologies and equipment at Barnes-Jewish. Our doctors travel all over the world and that gives us wide exposure from a global perspective…they were talking yesterday afternoon about Australia, where a flu vaccine is currently being developed and tested to see if it’s going to work for the world.
Forty one years of learning…and counting
People ask how I’ve been here so long and I tell them why: I’ve learned so much. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some doctors for about 30 years now, and have been fortunate to work with notable physicians and professors that were here in the 40s and early 50s…I started here when I was 19- and I just turned 60. I am so thankful that I was able to not only grow with my family, but grow with the hospital as a family also.
