- Robert E. Frank Meritorious Service Award: Annual award that honors non-clinical non-management team members for exceptional performance, measured across all strategic priorities at BJH. Named after Robert E. Frank, longtime president of Barnes Hospital.
- Excellence in Leadership Award: Annual award that honors one member of management for demonstration of exceptional leadership and outstanding performance, measured across all strategic priorities at BJH.
- Team Award for Quality Improvement: Annual team award for outstanding quality improvement results.
- Great Catch: Patient safety award based on action that prevents harm to patient or helps advance a culture of safety.
- Health Hall of Fame: Recognizes achievements in lifestyle which improve overall health and well-being and display leadership in motivating positive health changes.
- Thank You Notes/Thanks for Caring Recognition Program: Notes of appreciation can be sent to team members at any time during the year.
- Service Award Gifts: Selection of gifts provided to team members during milestone anniversary months.
- Service Award Celebration: Special banquet for team members who attain milestone service anniversaries. Dinner is held annually.
