Pineapple Smoothies

(Gluten-free, Gout-friendly)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Put ingredients in a blender. Puree and pour.
