Join the Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Heart & Vascular Center at the Heart Walk!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a team captain. Below are 8 simple steps to register as a Team Captain:
1. Select your T-shirt size below and RSVP for the luncheon
2. After clicking submit, you will automatically be taken to the AHA website where you will register as a team captain and set up your team.
3. On the AHA site, click Create New Team next to Barnes-Jewish Hospital
4. Review the Heart Walk Release and Indemnification and click I agree
5. Select Start a Team
6. Select New Team Under Company
7. From the dropdown list, select Barnes-Jewish Hospital under the BJC - Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Heart & Vascular Center
8. Fill in the Team Name and click the Continue button
