Siteman Teams With NewsChannel 5 and St. Louis Rams for Komen Team

ST. LOUIS - The Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine and NewsChannel 5 are partnering with the St. Louis Rams for a combined team at the 2012 Komen St. Louis Race for the Cure®.

Together the three organizations are committed to “Going the Distance” in finding a cure for breast cancer.

In an effort to make the registration process fast and secure, we encourage people to register online by visiting www.SitemanKomenTeam.wustl.edu. All participants who register for the Race online will receive a one-year subscription to either SELF or GQ Magazine. In addition, Siteman, NewsChannel 5 and St. Louis Rams team members who register online will also be automatically entered to win a private lunch at the St. Louis Rams practice facility, where they and a guest will be able to watch practice as they dine. Following the practice, they will have the opportunity to meet Rams quarterback Sam Bradford, the 2012 Race for the Cure honorary chair.

Online registration ends at 8 a.m. on June 4.

As a Siteman Cancer Center, NewsChannel 5 and St. Louis Rams team member, you will receive a Komen Race for the Cure T-shirt, our team T-shirt and have a chance to win some really great prizes.

At T-shirt pick-up, team members will also receive a voucher good for a free ticket to a St. Louis Rams 2012 preseason game at the Edward Jones Dome.
