The David A. Gee Administrative Fellowship is a two-year rotation-based program that is your opportunity with our support to prepare you to become a leader in the challenging and rewarding field of academic medicine. The fellowship program at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, provides the opportunity to participate, manage, and lead projects of strategic importance while learning from and alongside our executive leadership team.
The best indicator of our success is our fellows. They come from diverse backgrounds and are having an impact here in St. Louis and across the country. Many of our alumni serve on a Fellowship Advisory Committee to support the fellowship and support fellows as mentors. Our executive leadership team views our fellows as a deep talent pool to prepare for roles of increasing responsibility.
Our first-year fellows host interactive webinars in the summer to provide an opportunity for you to learn more about our program, the application process, and to answer all of your questions.
